By purchasing and using CryoPaint products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Product Usage

CryoPaint is designed for passive daytime radiative cooling applications. Users must:

  • Follow application instructions as provided in the product documentation
  • Use appropriate safety equipment during application
  • Ensure proper surface preparation before application
  • Understand that performance depends on environmental conditions

Performance Expectations

CryoPaint's cooling performance depends on various environmental factors including but not limited to sky view, humidity, wind speed, and cloud cover. Cryo X Co does not guarantee specific temperature reductions as performance varies by location and conditions.

Limitation of Liability

Cryo X Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use CryoPaint products.

Product Warranty

CryoPaint is sold with a Limited Warranty covering film integrity. The full warranty terms, coverage tiers, exclusions, and claim process are published on our Warranty page and supersede any warranty language previously contained in this Terms of Service. The CryoPaint Limited Warranty published at cryox.co/warranty is the controlling warranty and supersedes any warranty language elsewhere on this site.

Intellectual Property

CryoPaint and related technologies are proprietary to Cryo X Co. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or distribution of our products or technology is prohibited.
