Cryo X Co runs this website, cryox.co. This page explains what we collect here, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What this site is

cryox.co is an informational site. You cannot buy anything on it. Orders are placed on cryox.us or on Amazon, and those sites have their own privacy policies and their own checkout systems. We never see or store payment card details on this site.

What we collect

Contact form. When you send us a message we collect your first name, last name, email address, and your message, plus your phone number and subject if you choose to fill those in.

Document requests. Our case study documents are available by request. To send you one, we collect your email address.

Site analytics. Our hosting platform records standard web traffic data such as page views, referring pages, and browser and device type. We use it to see which pages people actually read.

Server logs. Our host keeps standard request logs for security and troubleshooting.

What we do with it

We use your contact details to answer you and to follow up about your project. We use email addresses given for document requests to send you the document and to follow up about it. We use traffic data to understand which pages are useful.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Who else handles this data

We use service providers to run the site and to deliver messages: our website host and platform, our database and email delivery providers, and our business email provider. They handle this data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Videos in our customer gallery are embedded from YouTube. If you play one, YouTube receives that request and may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy. Our page fonts are served by Google Fonts.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on cryox.co. The site uses only what it needs to function, plus the basic analytics described above.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages and document requests for as long as we need them for the conversation and for our business records. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are in the EU, the UK, California, or anywhere else with privacy rights laws, those rights apply to you, and we honor these requests no matter where you live. Send us a message through our contact form and tell us what you want.

We do not publish an email address or phone number, because published addresses get harvested and spammed. The contact form reaches us directly and we read every message.

International orders

We ship worldwide. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information is transferred to and stored in the United States.

Children

This site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
