Return & Refund Policy

At Cryo X Co, we stand behind the quality of our CryoPaint radiative cooling paint products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the return and refund process outlined below.

Return Window

Customers may return eligible products within 365 days (1 year) of the original purchase date. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

Product Condition

Only unopened products (other than the sample) in their original, sealed packaging are eligible for return. Opened cans or bottles cannot be returned. Products must have been stored in a cool, dry place and must not have been exposed to excessive heat above 100°F (38°C) or freezing temperatures. Products that show signs of improper storage are not eligible for return.

Return Authorization

All returns must be authorized before shipping. To initiate a return, contact us at jordan@cryox.co. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. You must purchase your own shipping label and send items back to Cryo X Co. We strongly recommend using a trackable carrier, as Cryo X Co is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Restocking Fee

Cryo X Co does not charge a restocking fee on any eligible return.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the returned product at our facility. Once processed, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.
